Since its inception, YCDA has been committed to the development of marginalized communities, guided by a team of experienced and trained social workers.

To achieve its goals, YCDA works in close collaboration with government agencies, corporate bodies, and international NGOs.

The organization is managed by a General Council that meets regularly to conduct its activities in accordance with the constitution. YCDA is governed by clearly defined policies, including Human Resource, Child Protection, Financial, and Gender policies.
