In Chhendipada, the APC Project implemented by YCDA is empowering farmers to become leaders of climate-resilient agriculture. On the occasion of District Level Mandia Dibas, Balangir, under the Shree Anna Abhiyan Project, YCDA Belpada has been honoured with the Award for Best Facilitating Agency (FA). Additionally, Ms. Kuntula Dharua from Kandhenjhula Village, Belpada Block has been nominated for Best Millet Farmer.

YCDA successfully celebrated PATANGI – 2025, the Children’s Festival, across four locations — Puintala and Belpada in Bolangir district, and Mundapada and Burogora in Boudh district. The festival created a vibrant platform for children to explore, express, and celebrate their creativity. A Unified Celebration of Joy, Talent and Learning At all four venues, children came together to participate in a wide range of activities that showcased their skills, confidence, and imagination. The environment was filled with colour, enthusiasm and high energy as children engaged in performances, exhibitions, art, games, and other creative expressions. Dignitaries from education and allied departments graced the celebrations and appreciated the talents displayed by the children. Their presence motivated and encouraged young participants to continue exploring their potential.
