YCDA salutes the corona warriors in the land of "Utkala"

YCDA celebrated the strength and greatness of all the corona warriors across all the offices in Odisha. This day was observed to honour the sacrifices of all the people who have been working at the ground helping the communities to fight this global Pandemic- COVID19 by singing "Bande Utkala Janani".
