The rapid spread of the Corona virus disease has clearly produced a challenging situation in the entire world. Communities across the globe are in the fore paw of Corona Virus. The social workers also plays a vital role to protect the societies from various threats such as hunger, social instability, abuse and spread of the disease.
In these circumstances, YCDA recognizes the importance of access to learning of the frontline social workers protecting the children at the grounds. We received an overwhelming participation of over 75 nos. of child protection functionaries such as the DCPOs, members of the CWCs, CSOs working in the fields of Child Protection, staffers of the CCIs from across Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar. The participants got a chance to put forward their queries regarding the issues that they are facing typically during this situation of COVID-19 lockdown. Looking in to the success we are planning to organize more such Webinars in the future so that the learning never stops!
