Mr. Manoj has spent most of his career working for the marginalized communities focusing on Tribal and Dalits. Possesses solid knowledge on participatory program evaluation and monitoring of various development projects. He has served long in the Juvenile Justice Board. Mr. Mohapatra is currently leading the Viswa Yuvak Kendra (VYK) a leading NGO in the state.
