Mr. Ajit is a senior grassroots development professional with more than twenty six years of experience. He holds a MBA degree, specialization in Rural Marketing. Project designing, budgeting and implementing, ensure program compliance, financial management and training abilities to manage partners are some of his core competencies. Presently Mr. Bastia is working as Senior Program Manager in Youth Council for Development Alternatives (YCDA) leading Livelihoods domain of YCDA.
