YCDA allows young professionals to develop a strong understanding of the structure and strategy of experienced organizations, and to develop connections in Development Sector. Interns can gain experience with host organizations ranging international nonprofits tackling issues such as poverty alleviation, Quality Education, Livelihood Promotion, Child Rights and Alternative Child Care to local groups focusing on everything from mental health and youth development.
YCDA is currently looking for interns in the following areas:
- Human Rights and Entitlements
- Process documentation and Data management
- Resource mobilization
- Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation – PME
- Human Resource Management
